Intermec ThermaEtch for Direct Part Marking
Used for marking metal surfaces, the Intermec ThermaEtch stencil creates a durable, high resolution mark suitable for industrial environments where high temperatures, chemicals and solvents, high pressure sterilization or cleaning cycles and extensive human handling may be present.
The Intermec ThermaEtch stencil can be produced on-demand using the Intermec EasyCoder 4440 thermal transfer printer with a cutter. The image is fully customizable, from one stencil to the next. Whether the image is a logo, serial number, part number or a data matrix symbology intended to uniquely identify a metal object, the ThermaEtch stencil system is flexible enough to meet the most demanding applications
