The Intermec PW40 thermal workboard printer was designed specifically to hold the new Intermec 700 Series Mobile computers. The printer features a reliable four inch thermal printer mechanism which offers exceptional print clarity and the versatility of printing text, graphics and logos.
The Intermec PW40 thermal workboard printer is designed
specifically to hold the new Intermec 700 Series Mobile
computer. The printer is both durable and weather
resistant, allowing the Intermec PW40 to take the
punishment of daily work environments and be easily
incorporated into the field. The functional design makes
paper loading simple because roll-type paper is easily
snapped into place. The rugged one-piece solution of
combining with PW40 with the 700 series allows the user
the convenience of a joined device, with a hand strap.
The Intermec PW40 features a reliable four inch thermal
printer mechanism which offers exceptional print clarity
and the versatility of printing text, graphics and
logos. 40-column receipts can quickly be printed and the
ability to accommodate compressed 80-column formats is
possible with a 4" paper width capability. The PW40
easily handles 120 ft of thermal paper, reducing the
frequency of changing paper rolls.
A vehicle charger option of the Intermec PW40 ensures a
long day's work in the field, and with the patented
sleep mode for battery conservation, the PW40
automatically activates itself when it senses data
input. Additionally, the user is able to add to their
convenience by charging both the printer and mobile
computer with one charge source.
The Intermec PW40 is fully compatible with the Intermec
6808, 681, 682 and 782 line of printers and is backed by
a one-year warranty.
