Increased Coverage, Superior Performance
Based on technology originally designed for space
applications, LXE's Spire omni directional antenna
increases the coverage, performance and reliability of
2.4 GHz wireless LANs. The LXE Spire Antenna's patented
design provides improved coverage pattern, both
horizontally and vertically - which results in a larger
footprint throughput and superior performance in
multipath environments.
Cost Effective
Installations with the LXE Spire Antenna require fewer
access points. Fewer access points leads to reduced
power and data cabling requirements and less ongoing
maintenance and management. The result is a more cost
effective and efficient wireless network.
By increasing the coverage by around 25-50% the LXE
Spire Antenna makes 2.4 GHz technology a viable option
for many more applications, such as ports and large
distribution centers and warehouses, where previously
only Narrow Band RF technology was suitable.
Adaptable
The LXE Spire omni-directional antenna comes in both
high and medium gain configurations and can be paired
with a number of accessories - radome for outdoor use,
plenum-rated ceiling enclosures for in-ceiling
applications - to meet your specific installation
requirements.
