Customize Your Labeler Band Setup!

Monarch can create a customized labeling system for you, based on one of our proven labeler models. The print bands of a customized labeler are assembled in a sequence determined by your needs. You determine the message by using letters, numbers and symbols for each position in any order.

Prices are LIST prices. Call for the RACO Discount Price or for larger quantity discount price breaks.

  • Standard Bands/Special Configuration:
         Shipped in 2-4 weeks

    • 1-49 Units - $30 special handling fee plus $5 per labeler
    • 50-99 Units - $50 special handling fee only
    • 100+ Units - no additional charge

  • Custom bands using existing engravings:
         Shipped in 4-6 weeks

    • 1-49 Units - $150 mold set-up charge plus $30 special handling fee plus $5 per labeler
    • 50-99 Units - $150 mold set-up charge plus $30 special handling fee
    • 100+ Units- $150 mold set-up charge ONLY

  • Custom bands requiring NEW engravings:
         Shipped in 6-8 weeks

    • 1-49 Units - $150 engraving charge (per character), $380 (per message), $150 mold set-up charge plus $30 special handling fee plus $5 per labeler
    • 50-99 Units - $150 engraving charge (per character), $380 (per message) $150 mold set-up charge plus $30 special handling fee
    • 100+ Units- $150 engraving charge (per character), $380 (per message) $150 mold set-up charge ONLY

Custom up-charges are NOT refundable. In addition, there is a 20% rework charge for machine's returned within 30 days.
