Introducing the New Datalogic PowerScan PowerHood

Introducing the New Datalogic PowerScan PowerHood Datalogic is now shipping a padded cover accessory, the PowerHood, for the Datalogic PowerScanTM family of industrial handheld scanners. PowerScan is already the industry's most rugged industrial handheld scanner. We test PowerScan to ensure that the scanners can survive dozens of 2-meter (6.5 feet) drops to concrete. However, we have gotten requests for a padded hood that can be put onto the top of PowerScan to give customers in the most demanding environments even more protection for the scanner. We listened, and this new PowerHood will make PowerScan, the industries' best, even more robust. The Datalogic PowerHood can be used with all corded and RF versions of PowerScan; and as you would expect, it's built PowerScan tough. It features thick, multi-layer padding of dense Volara foam, stitched into a tough ballistic nylon covering. In addition, it features a metal D-ring on top for easily attaching tether loops from take-up reels and other hanging devices. The D-ring is tested to withstand up to 300-pounds of pull force to ensure long durability. The Datalogic PowerHood will give PowerScan that last degree of insurance in the most demanding environments. Protect your PowerScan investment by using the PowerHood.
