The PSC Momentum II module is a powerful bar code scanner. It features a bright 650nm laser, which will scan accurately in a multitude of lighting conditions, including both indoor and outdoor applications. It is also capable of decoding and autodiscriminating all of the most popular symbologies. PSC Momentum II can scan thousands of bar codes from the power it receives from its host Visor handheld, making it ideal for low or high volume scanning applications. In addition, the Momentum II scanner provides 2MB of flash memory for storing applications and databases, without using the memory of the host Handspring Visor. Considering these features, the PSC Momentum II scanner packs enough performance for a virtually limitless number of portable data collection applications.
