Teklynx LABEL ARCHIVE software provides a traceability layer for the label design and printing process, complete with archiving, approval, print history and security for bar code and RFID label design and production environments.

Designed to work with TEKLYNX’ LABELVIEW and CODESOFT label design and printing software, Teklynx LABEL ARCHIVE addresses the label control standards demanded by several industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing.

Teklynx LABEL ARCHIVE includes Server, Client and Web modules for a complete and secure label printing system.

• Teklynx Security
  Taken together, Archiving, Approval and History create an unmatched traceability and security layer for bar code and RFID label design and printing.
  Security is built in - administrators simply create and maintain user groups and establish permissions while LABEL ARCHIVE takes care of the rest. User privileges can be as limited as Print-Only users.
• Approval
  LABEL ARCHIVE enables multi-stage approval of label designs by designated reviewers prior to allowing the design to be printed in production. Approver users can take advantage of LABEL ARCHIVE's instant notification capabilities through email, and SMS messaging.
  The approval rules are customizable and can be adapted to your business requirements using up to three tiers of approval.
  LABEL ARCHIVE manages all of the versions and authorizes and distributes only the one "Approved" version.
• History
  Capture the Who, What, Where & When of your label printing operations using LABEL ARCHIVE's complete document history features, including:
  • reporting on printed variable data
  • reporting user
  • location
  • time
  • variable label data
  • and more!
• Archiving
  LABEL ARCHIVE gives you complete and automatic label version control with access to older versions (dependent on user privilege).
  LABEL ARCHIVE keeps every draft label version and records every commentator/editor and design change to enable authorized administrators to go back in time and open previous versions of the label.
  LABEL ARCHIVE automatically adds a watermark to reprinted and test labels to prevent unauthorized labels from entering production.
• LABEL ARCHIVE includes Server, Client and Web modules for a complete and secure label printing system:
  • LABEL ARCHIVE Server – The Server module typically runs on a server machine as a centralized database, driven through a Windows® service. It allows administrator-level users to configure user management and messaging systems, as well as set up all label approval, archiving and security preferences.
  • LABEL ARCHIVE Client – The Client module is an add-on to the Label Designer application (LABELVIEW or CODESOFT). It connects to the Server module to give authorized users the ability to perform document management activities (Check In, Check Out, Print History, Version Control, Reprint, etc.) from within the Label Designer application.
  • LABEL ARCHIVE Web – The Web module allows remote users (or customers) to connect to the Server via a Web browser and perform basic functions including viewing and approving documents and viewing print history records.

• LABEL ARCHIVE can work with any combination of LABELVIEW GOLD, Gold, RunTime or Network

or

• CODESOFT 8.00.09 or higher
• LABEL ARCHIVE can work with any combination of CODESOFT Enterprise, RunTime or Network

• IBM-compatible PC (486 or higher)
• Microsoft® Windows® 2000, Windows® XP or Windows® Server 2003
• 64 MB RAM if you are using Windows® 2000, or Windows® XP (128MB recommended)
• 256 MB RAM if you are using Windows® Server 2003 (512MB recommended)
• SVGA monitor or better
• Hard Drive with 150MB free space or greater
• CD ROM drive
