The Datalogic TopGun (formerly PSC TopGun) consists of a Datalogic  PT 2000 portable data collection terminal integrated with a Datalogic TopGun laser module. Weighing 16oz (including 3 AA batteries), Datalogic TopGun is lightweight and easy to use. It operates like any other handheld laser - just aim it and pull the trigger.

Scanning bar codes on flat, curved, or irregular surfaces at distances ranging from one inch to two feet is easy with Datalogic TopGun. Its rugged, one-handed design gives you durability, reliable performance, and freedom of movement, even in the most demanding industrial work environments.

Datalogic TopGun's balanced, ergonomic design quickly adapts for either right- or left-handed use. Its unique modular construction allows you to upgrade your existing Datalogic PT 2000 in seconds. LEDs on the back of the scan head indicate laser activation and good reads. An audible tone also indicates scanning success.

Datalogic TopGun comes fully programmed, ready to scan. Using PSC Program Generator (PPG), a Microsoft Windows-Based application program generator, you can create custom programs for Datalogic TopGun in minutes!

Datalogic TopGun is a cost-effective laser scanning solution. It provides the convenience of one-handed, portable scanning combined with the speed and accuracy of laser input. Add the PT Dock for data transfer and battery recharging, and you have the answer to all your portable needs.
