Unitech PT805 Entry Level Data Collection Terminal

The Unitech PT-805 model is an entry-level performance portable data collection terminal. With its flexible configuration, the Unitech PT-805 can be used as either a portable data collection device or a PC AT, PS/2 keyboard wedge. It is ideal and cost effective for both on-line and off-line data management application requirements. With its rugged design, the Unitech PT-805 can withstand falls up to 5-feet high.

Users can quickly collect and upload data through the embedded Resident Operation System. With JobGen, a PC based application program generator, users can easily write programs to meet more sophisticated tasks.

  • 16 x2 LCD, 64 to 256K memory, and real-time clock
  • Embedded system diagnostics, data logging application and barcode decoding software
  • Automatically accepts barcode input from wand, CCD, or laser scanner
  • Audio buzzer for feedback from key pressing and barcode reading
  • Operates via a NiCd battery pack or 4 AA alkaline batteries
  • Onboard lithium battery for data retention
  • Recharging circuit of NiCd battery pack
  • Low power warning for main battery and backup battery
  • Built-in PC/AT, PS/2 keyboard wedge function to upload data directly to a PC or PS/2 via keyboard port
  • Automatically executes user's program when the unit is powered on
